From the first inquiry to handing over the finished model — every project goes through four phases.

Information gatheringPreparation phase
Inquiry, consultation, quote and contract. Send us your vision, plans or photos — we discuss technical options, scale, materials and timeline. After clarifying the brief we prepare a precise price quote and schedule. Price is guaranteed once the order is signed.

Model componentsParts production
CNC cutouts, composite parts laminated on our own vacuum press, 3D printing, milled components, mechanics and cockpit. All components needed to assemble the model are made from raw materials.

Assembly and finishingModel assembly
Assembling all produced parts into a functional whole, painting, decals, fitting details and original livery. The model gets the final look you wished for.

Handover to clientPresentation
Delivery, photo documentation and handover of the finished model. For exhibition pieces we install them on site, for RC models we provide test-flight service and hands-on briefing.
Frequently asked questions
The most common questions our customers ask about custom model production.
How much does such a model cost?
Price depends on size, complexity, materials and finish quality. Exhibition models start in tens of thousands of CZK; large RC scale models with wingspan over 3 m typically exceed 100 000 CZK. Once we receive the brief we prepare a precise quote, guaranteed after signing.
How long does it take on average?
Simpler exhibition models take 6 – 10 weeks, large RC scale models from plans usually 4 – 8 months. Lead time depends on workshop load and project complexity — always confirmed in the schedule before signing.
How does the whole process work?
We work in four phases: 1. Preparation (inquiry, consultation, quote, contract), 2. Parts production (CNC, composites, 3D printing, mechanics), 3. Assembly (build, painting, decals, details) and 4. Presentation (delivery, installation or test-flight service). Progress is documented with photos.
Who are your customers?
We build for companies (Škoda Transportation, Bell Textron Prague, Wavin), museums, exhibitions and trade shows, aviation schools, collectors and modelers. We are happy to help with one-off pieces as gifts or trophies as well.
What is your experience?
